By using the website, submitting an enquiry, joining a class, creating an account, accepting an invite, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Kaizen Study Visa provides IELTS preparation, PTE preparation support/enquiries, online and offline classes, mock tests, performance evaluation, overseas education counselling, university application support, admission support, SOP guidance, visa assistance, pre-departure support, and related student services.
Digital learning access, account management, mock tests, or AI-assisted tools may be delivered through a Bandify-powered portal with technology support from VISARO GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED.
Kaizen Study Visa provides education, preparation, counselling, and support services. We do not guarantee IELTS/PTE scores, university admission, scholarship approval, visa approval, immigration outcome, or any official decision by an exam body, university, embassy, consulate, or government authority.
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at checkout or confirmed by the Kaizen team. The payment page should show the applicable price, taxes if any, access duration, and payment method before payment confirmation.
Access may begin after successful payment confirmation, after invite-only activation, or after the Kaizen team activates the student's batch/account entitlement.
Cancellation and refund handling is governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the website. Stopping usage, missing classes, deleting an account, or leaving a batch does not automatically create a refund unless the refund policy conditions are met and support approves the request.
