Kaizen Study Visa provides education counselling, exam preparation support, classes, and digital/online portal access. For online access or paid preparation plans purchased through the website, no physical product is shipped.
After successful payment confirmation, access may be delivered through the student account, Kaizen invite link, batch activation, WhatsApp/email confirmation, or Bandify-powered portal depending on the service purchased.
If a student joins an offline class or in-person counselling service, the service is delivered at Kaizen's centre or through the agreed counselling/class mode. Physical shipping does not apply unless a separate physical product is explicitly purchased.
If payment is successful but access, invite, class confirmation, or portal activation does not appear, contact Kaizen support with account email, phone number, payment date, payment amount, and payment reference.
Support will verify payment status and either activate the correct access, explain any pending status, or guide the student through the next step.
