Introduction

Kaizen Study Visa respects student privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information and learning/enquiry information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when students use our website, classes, counselling services, study visa services, payment flows, or digital portal.

Information we collect

Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, city, and preferred contact mode.
Exam preparation details such as IELTS/PTE interest, class mode, batch preference, mock test attempts, scores, feedback, and progress history.
Study visa enquiry details such as destination country, education background, preferred course, university/application interest, SOP requirements, visa assistance needs, and pre-departure support needs.
Billing details such as selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction references, invoices, and subscription/access status. Full card, UPI, or bank credentials are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Kaizen as full payment credentials.
Support information such as calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, form submissions, issue history, and documents voluntarily shared for counselling or troubleshooting.
Technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, log data, and usage events needed for reliability, analytics, fraud prevention, and security.

How we use information

We use student information to respond to enquiries, schedule counselling, manage classes, deliver mock tests and performance evaluation, provide portal access, process payments, support applications, assist with SOP/visa services, prevent misuse, and improve service quality.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with trusted service providers only as needed to run the service. This may include payment processors such as Razorpay, technology/platform providers such as Bandify/VISARO GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, hosting providers, analytics/security tools, WhatsApp/contact tools, Google Maps or Google Business Profile links, and support systems.

For study visa and university application services, students may separately consent to share relevant documents or application information with universities, application partners, visa support partners, or authorised representatives as required for the requested service.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, fraud prevention, or protection of the rights and safety of students, Kaizen Study Visa, platform partners, or service providers.

Security, retention, and choices

We use reasonable safeguards to protect student information. No online system is completely risk-free, so students should keep passwords secure and report suspected misuse.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain student records unless deletion is required or approved.
